Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on any purchases once they have been shipped. 

Should however your order arrive damaged or your earrings are faulty in any way please do not hesitate to contact us at info@argilladesigns.com

Should you unfortunately receive your items damaged or broken please contact me within 24hrs of your delivery and I will do my best to replace, refund where possible. All orders are tracked via Australia Post.
