Terms of service

At Argilla Designs all items have been handmade with care.  As each pair is unique in design and shape, there maybe a slight variance with each style.  Handmade items may contain small imperfections, making your earrings unique to you.

All photos have been taken using natural light, to capture the best of the colours used. Although online images can appear different in person, I do strive to show the true colours of each piece.

Please allow 1-3 days from placing an order for your new earrings to be packed and shipped.  In the hope this does not occur, should your order arrive damaged or broken I will do my best to replace or exchange where possible or provide a full refund.  I do require 24hrs notice from your delivery to be notified with your concerns as well as photographs.  All orders are tracked through Australia Post

All earrings have been made using Polymer clay with the occasional resin too.  All earring posts used are a surgical steel post and have been glued with a heavy duty glue.  Over time in some environments glue can weaken and posts may come away from the earring.  Should this occur at any stage please do not hesitate to contact me at info@argilladesigns.com.au and I can provide assistance to you.

All items are considered a choking hazard for small children, please keep them out of reach of little hands.
